Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:
-1 ½ cup cauliflower

- 1-2 fresh garlic cloves

-½ tsp. garlic powder

-Pinch of salt

-1 tbsp. milk

- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Fill a deep pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Wash the cauliflower, cut the florets and add to boiling water.

2. Cook the cauliflower until soft or about 15-20 minutes. Drain all liquid.

3. Add cooked cauliflower and milk to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to puree the cauliflower. Chop up the fresh garlic cloves into small pieces. Add garlic power, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
-100 grams of chicken breast whole

-1 serving of Barbeque Sauce from Walden Farms
Directions:
Coat chicken with barbeque sauce and fry with a little water in a small frying pan until cooked thoroughly on low heat. Stir constantly and add water so that it doesn’t burn or grill on the barbeque. Serve hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chilled Tomato Salad

Ingredients:
-Chopped tomatoes
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1 tbsp green onion sliced
-1 garlic clove crushed and minced
-Dash of mustard powder
-1/4 tsp basil
-1/8 tsp thyme
-1/8 tsp marjoram
-Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine apple cider vinegar with spices. Pour over tomato chunks or slices. Marinate and chill for 1 hour before serving.

Frozen Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 orange
5-10 drops Vanilla Creme Liquid Stevia (to taste)
Ice water (as needed)

Directions:
Peel orange and place orange sections in blender. Add about a handful of ice. Blend. Add vanilla Creme Liquid Stevia. Blend to desired consistency. Add water as needed.
