-1 ½ cup cauliflower
- 1-2 fresh garlic cloves
-½ tsp. garlic powder
-Pinch of salt
-1 tbsp. milk
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
1. Fill a deep pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Wash the cauliflower, cut the florets and add to boiling water.
2. Cook the cauliflower until soft or about 15-20 minutes. Drain all liquid.
3. Add cooked cauliflower and milk to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to puree the cauliflower. Chop up the fresh garlic cloves into small pieces. Add garlic power, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
